The welded wire mesh is welded by excellent low carbon steel wires and passivated and plasticized through cold plating (electroplating), hot dipping and PVC plastic coating. With flat surface, even mesh count, firm welding spots and stable structure, it is strong completeness, partial good machining performance, stability, excellent corrosion resistance and rush prevention.

 

SURFACE TREATMENT

1.Electrical zinc coating mesh 

First welding,cutting the edge of the panel which can make sure the edges is smooth and not hurt your hands,clectrical zinc coating,packing

2.Pre Galvanized mesh 

Use the hot dip gal. wire direct do the welding,cutting the edge of the panel which can make sure the edge is smooth and not hurt your hands,packing

3.Hot dip galvanized mesh

First welding,cutting the edge of the panel which can make sure the edges is smooth and not hurt your hands,clectrical zinc coating,packing

4.PVC coated welded wire mesh
Black wire + PVC coated
Galvanized wire+PVC coated

Features

1. Trimmed edges to ensure there is limited overhang of wire to cause injury when handling
2. Weld tests completed on all welders over continuous runs
3. Weld strength to be greater than 75% of the wire UTS
4. Wire diameters, spacing and overall dimensions can be customized to suit particular applications
5. Customized paint lines along the modules to suit roof bolt patterns
6. Available as strap from 4mm to 8mm diameters

Trim and Stub Options

Trimmed: Minimum on all four sides approximately 1/16″-1/8″ long. Trimmed flush (no stubs) must be specified when required.
Untrimmed Balanced Stubs: Equal stubs on opposite sides only. Stubs will not exceed opening unless specified.
Balanced Stubs with Edge Wire: Equal stubs on opposite sides with welded edge wire. (Special order only)
Untrimmed Random Stubs: Varies on all four sides. Results from shearing a larger sheet, pieces will not be identical.
